Name change problem

I cant see Washington doing the Warriors as a name. Youd think theyd want to get as far away as possible from any perception of the name still being attached to Natives.

But its Snyder so.....
Warriors it is.
Unless it the Crazyhorses.
That would be fun

Warriors will be fine with everyone as long as there's no Native imagery. They could have a W logo or something like this:

I guess it's just me but it boggles my mind how someone can put a trademark on a name that already exists. Names like Senators Warriors Wolfe's Red Tails etc are already commonly used. Unlike TB12 or Beastmode etc.

two scenarios

1.) if he's being honest, he's a total loser with too much free time on his hands
2.) he wants to get paid. a little greedy, but i can respect it

i personally think #2 is far more likely.

I read somewhere that he has spent 70k to secure these trademarks.
