Is it overreacting to say that these guys need to be traded in the off-season (because it seems that low OBP is an issue for the entire team)?

well you look at our team they have very little speed . matt and jj is so slow

Speed does help with OBP... but I was mostly thinking about plate discipline (or the lack thereof). For example, if it weren't for the fact that Jones hits for power and has a respectable AVG, his tendency to swing at too many bad pitches almost makes me want to trade him.

Yes. McLouth's OBP isn't bad. We really just need Nick to be the Nick of old and Roberts to be the Roberts of old. I would start with those two and find replacements if they can't be our OBP guys.

6 IP, 2 ER, and 99 pitches... would you simply let Chen keep the quality start by NOT letting him pitch in the 7th inning (since we can't afford to give up even one run with the way that this team is hitting)?
