Found out years later that the main reason my mom took me to so many games back in the day and why we always sat first base a few rows back was she had a massive crush on him. We always went to at least a couple of games a month so I owe him a bit of thanks for that.

according to the dr's report, the reason he got injured is because he's in the mariners org.

To me, it just sounds like quitting on both sides of the ball. It's really the one thing these guys do best, and have done best for the last 13 years.
