Someone in one of the YT "highlight" videos for our games led me to wonder the same thing, whether or not the batters were whiffing in protest until trades or other actions were done. Once they picked up Arozarena, they certainly turned things around, so I wouldn't doubt it.

Now Gilbert...I can't help but wonder if he was equally PO'd yesterday and doing the same thing after having to miss the All-Star Game and his scheduled start soon after that.

Only time will tell

My gut feeling is they flip-flop back-and-forth with Houston for the division lead over the next couple months of baseball.

If we had the two guys below still on our roster and all of their offensive production between RBIs and Home runs imagine what kind of lead we would have over the Astros at this point

Geno has as many home runs last night as what Haniger has hit in the past 30 games
