Quite a rare day for the Mariners. I was buried at work and didn't catch any of the game, but the box score is quite impressive. Quite strange.

-A Mariners starting pitcher only gave up only 1 earned run...?
-The Mariner bullpen gave up no hits...?
-Zunino hit two home runs....?!
-...Zunino walked...!? ...Twice!?!?

And all this happened on the same night? Yeah, someone definitely spiked my drink.

Felix may only be good for 3-5 ER over 5-7 innings, but that's still an improvement over some of the other starts we've had. Paxton was lights out before his injury and Ramirez has been pitching well.

Right when I was starting to officially think it's over, this team may make a run. If I were to bet, I'd say they play good baseball the remainder of the season and just barely miss the playoffs.
