Yesterday the M's faced a lineup that had 7 Cubs above the Mendoza line.

The Mariners had 2 (with a 3rd that pinch hit later).

In what should be known going forward as the Servias line, the M's had 6 in the lineup yesterday batting under .190

I'm tired of hearing about marine layers and how early it is. Other teams don't strike out at a historic pace early. Other teams don't waste young talent with a staff that simply cannot develop hitting at a level this one does. I'm sure most good teams also don't make excuses and keep their heads in the sand about what their problems are.

Garbage in = garbage out

Sadly… It’s gonna be more of the same all spring and summer long.

I honestly would not be really surprised for this to be a 100 loss team

It happened to the Chicago White Sox about four or five years ago after they change their club drastically and brought a bunch of new prospects on and new players and we’re predicted to be division contenders and they fell under their face and lost 100 games

I’ve always had Apple TV. So it was a bonus for me when the Mariners were on it. I wouldn’t buy it just to watch the Mariners though.
No I figured that. I was just venting my distain for these side TV deals. It is a kick in the teeth to the real fans of the teams which baseball is good at. If they were exclusively on Apple or Prime, I could live with that. My brother has Apple as well and was texted me updates. I was too uninterested to even go up to his house to watch it. The Mariners have beaten me down after 47 years.

Throwing error by Castillo opens the scoring for the Cubs.

Leave it to these guys to end the game in the 1st inning.

Gong show with the defense as usual. Never know if whoever is playing 3B for us can throw the fucking ball straight on a routine grounder. Gets SUPER fun if they have to move a couple of feet to get to the ball before throwing it.

Castillo infinitely more concerned with his stupid hair and keeping his hat on than in pitching. What a fucking turd.

With the amount of contact the Cubs are already making with Castillo, they're going to have a big inning in the next couple, I'll bet.

Mariners offense not going to do shit today as usual with 4 K's through 2 innings lol, so time to watch the Masters for the rest of the afternoon.

I didn't get to type this in time. Castillo has a 15+ ERA in the 4th inning this year. Just gave up two more.

I’m watching the Masters by default because can’t see the Mariners on TV out here in Ohio
