Mariners have a unique ability of loading the bases and not plating any of them.

It happens - Toughest ball to read as an outfielder is one that is pissed on and hit on a line drive directly at you. Pros are supposed to take that 1st step or 2 back ( to prevent the obvious ) - sometimes their instinct is wrong. Julio is learning everyday. He will be a gold glove cf one day soon.
yeah..agreed..mariners up 4-2 bottom of 6

I so much hate this organization. I truly do.

This endless yo-yo cycle and doing just enough to reel you back in a lil bit only to drop you on your head and laugh at you for believing is getting old.

Yet here we still are. The fully sadistic among us.

Chuck Powell and Dick Fain are sure to be back on the bandwagon Monday telling everyone 'see, we told you so' and I'll go back to vomiting at their blind fealty.

With the win tonight the M's moved their run differential to 0.

Still 5 games below .500 and still well back in any sort of thoughts of a WC race, yet once again....

Yeah, apart from 2001, it feels like they've been stuck in that cycle in sports where a team digs a hole (whether that's in a game or season) and then uses all of its energy just to get back to even before letting off and falling back. It's such a deflating feeling when you're watching it and knowing it's a pattern.

Husky basketball after Romar's best seasons have done this a lot. I'm very accustomed to this feeling. Always pushing the boulder uphill. Seattle Sisyphuses. Every sports team here should carry that name.

Is... Cal... good?

My thoughts on him ( offensively ) sure have changed a bunch these past few weeks. he has a decent eye of the strike zone and makes consistent contact on most swings, and barrels the ball up quite often. He appears a faster runner than your avg MLB catcher. He calls a great game as our SP's have tossed quite a few gems this season.

He lacks framing ability to steal the occasional strike or get alot of borderline calls go our way.

He is not one of my big concerns with our ballclub at this time.

this wasa big concern of mine and know ..is not...3B/1B.....depth...aswe see the mariners have guys who can play 1B...when france is out
moore is good defence..yep...i can always agree with that

Eugenio Suárez
28....suarez mostly plays..3b..but i think in the future he will Dh
Abraham Toro 13...needs to hit better...that a side...toro is good
Kevin Padlo 35....mariners acuired..on waivers from tampa last year...did well last night ....im not sure what to expect...
Drew Ellis 31.....acired on waivers..from.arizona....i wanted to trade for him last year.....but we will see this year..

after seager...the mariners did not have a 3B option.....now they have 4....that..is good going..by jedi..

About time the Mariners stood up for themselves, they always back down and let teams push them around. Crawford was throwing some haymakers! Winker flipped off the Angel crowd a few times on his way off the field.

Its still early too so this may not be over yet.
