I have no idea what this movie is about, but is an ad with the title, Johnny Depp looking particularly effeminate in a curly mustache, Jeff Goldblum talking on a cell phone, and other cast members with smug looking smirks on their faces really supposed to make me want to go see the fucking thing???

I saw it will basement low expectations. It was a little better than that but not by much. Not worth rent/buy

Depp is so absurdly rich, he just does parts that he finds personally interesting for whatever weird reasons, and cares nothing about the rest of the film.

I have not seen it and do not plan on seeing it.

I think that if you are a Depp fan, that ad WILL entice you to see it. It is very artsy, and similar to the type of stuff he does (Tim Burton, Wes Anderson, etc...). I am not a Depp fan, so the ad does not appeal to me.

I'm going to see it. Immediately made me think of The Pink Panther. I like the Pink Panther movies, old and new.

I heard/read that its a dumpster fire. And not in a good way either where its so bad that you laugh at how much it sucks.

It was amusing... that's about the best thing I can say about it. Paul Bettany was pretty good in it. Whoever wrote the script should probably not dabble in comedy anymore. The characters had a lot of potential but the schtick fell short of what it could have been. Couple of good laughs but overall, meh.
