Another good Mays one (they are all over the place lately)

In 1966 Willie Mays became 2nd on the list of career home run leaders (behind Babe Ruth of course)

Who did he pass to move into 2nd place?
WAG

Greenberg?

I just saw a graphic a few weeks ago about how the all time HR list has changed over time. Very interesting graphic. But I don’t remember the specifics of it now.

OK this one is sort of weird. Only 7 players in history have been intentionally walked with the bases loaded....3 of them in the last 30 years, the other 4 all before 1945

So let's start with the 3 modern ones...who are those 3? One is pretty well known, the other 2 I didn't know about but they are well known players.

And no one will be able to guess the old timey ones, none of them are big names. Actually one of them is a Hall of Famer but it was a very long time ago.

Yeah I added that one of the old timers was a hall of famer.

OK how about the modern ones?

Bonds obviously
Yeah that's the one everyone knows, 1998. Was the first time used since 1944 (Bill Nicholson of the Cubs).

The other old timers are Abner Dalrymple 1881 and Del Bissonnette 1928. Nap Lajoie's was in 1901

OK 2 more, both after 1998

Nope. If you want I can reveal the last 2, it would just be you picking random names probably

Here's a hint: one was in 2008, one was in 2022, and the players were both playing for the same franchise (not together)
