I'd guess Tampa. Arizona has had higher highs but lower lows. Bet it's close

I think both teams have been to 2 WSs. The Snakes have been competitive in the NLW a lot, but I don’t think they have had many SUPER seasons. The Rays were HORRIBLE suck for their first 10-15 years, but have been one of the best organizations in baseball since.

I will guess the Rays.
