If I am reading this right, that means players with 2 or fewer seasons can go on the PS no matter how much they played in those two years.

Now if a practice squad player is suspended, does his suspension count down on games while he is there? Cheap no risk way to get Manziel in the fold if he does magically clean up his act.

You can't practice with the team while on suspension. So it goes against logic. I do see your point of a $66,000 dollar cheap investment for a ten week period just to have him sit.

IMO still be a wasted investment. He'd have to prove to me he can stay clean for $0.00.
