So let me get this straight, the M's wouldn't sign Kendrys Morales for the whole first half and let the Twins sign him. Upon seeing do pretty much nothing, showcasing his suckiness, the Twinkies somehow TRADE him to the team that sputtered for three months but didn't want him then!

WTF are the Mariners doing? I know Smoak and Hart and Morrison suck, but COME ON MAN!

The Mariners tried to sign him but he declined it, he said he didn't want to be here.

Maybe he's part if a future deal? I don't know, trading for players that don't want to be there doesn't seem like a winning strategy to me.

Incorrect.

The M's tried before the 2013 season ended, during the offseason, and all the way up to the June 2014 draft to get Morales to come here. They offered him 3 years for $30 million, and he declined because he didn't want to be in Seattle.

Since he's playing for a contract next year, and won't get jack shit unless he performs his absolute best, I'm pretty sure he'll get over it in a hurry. Being surrounded by 2 all stars in the lineup is something he didn't experience here last year, either...you know, along with being in a race to make the playoffs.

Morales got a qualifying offer (14.1 mil year) and turned it down just like Drew did with the sox cause borass told them they were werth more drew ends up with sox and morales with Ms and drew lost 4.1 mil and morales 6.5 mil for their stupidity:suds:
