IMO, Frank Vogel is a far superior coach than Monty. If you look at the talent level of the Pacers, it's been about as low as it has been in years. Aside from George, Turner and Hill, you don't have much else. Monta has had a down year. Stuckey and CJ Miles have been too inconsistent. Mahinmi has played well, but he's a fringe starter, imo.

It's actually a ringing endorsement of how good Vogel is to have gotten that group of guys to not only be competitive but solidly in the playoff picture.

Players don't always buy into him, though. And it was exposed in the 2014 Playoffs and those series were closer than they should have been. Vogel don't have much of an offensive mind, either. This team relies on George too much and needs additional playmakers.
