They've been saying on NHL Network that the Habs haven't shown up at the starts of the games & it would eventually cost them. Tonight they ran into a team that was looking for something to prove & taught the Habs a lesson in showing up. Big win by the Lightning tonight, statement game no doubt.

Nice game to see Todd, it looked good on TV as well. I was at opening night which was good also. To win against such a good team like the Habs by such a lopsided score sends a message to the other 29 teams that the Lightning are for real. New Jersey is a team we have trouble with normally so this will be another test for the Bolts
