I know I've posted Richardson before but I keep coming back to this kid.

Carr is due 33 in 23 and 40 in 24. Keim said this morning he doesn't see Rivera getting fired because of the sale. He said in a normal year Dan would have probably fired Ron.

So assuming Ron is here, does he go with the win now QB in Carr or Jimmy G, or does he feel a riokie Qab buys him time, takes the 33m and drafts maybe Richardson at 12?

33m is Payne, Gesecki?, and a starting LG.

The word on Richardson is he isn’t ready . He would need to sit a year . Can you have a top 15 sit a year ? You don’t trade for carr . No way you take that salary on . He would have to agree to an extension and lower those numbers . You would have to wait till he is cut , I would look at the FA bridge guys , draft a qb at the right spot for the right value , and let them all compete for the job with Howell

I agree 100% Kbso...

There is something about Richardson that I am drawn to. Being an SEC fan, I have seen him play a few times and came away impressed. He could be the next Akili Smith or Dan Marino..who knows.

I do agree, there is something about him that is intriguing and he would be my pick if we go QB in Rd 1 IF he is there.

I am beginning to think Carr is cut though. Something is just not right about the whole situation in LV...

I hope the Washington brass has the stones to address the Oline as you have in these mock drafts, skinsdad.

A second round center as a first pick? Bold.
Agreed...I liked it as well Chiller. Address the OLine and do it right.

I love the 2nd round pick as well.

Looks like he has a ton of upside, but not sure you can burn 12 on a guy to sit for a year. Drafts keep coming and going though and we never take a QB early and then complain about how we don't have a QB.

To your point, definitely don't want to spend a 1st and be in the situation the Titans are in.

I do think Carr gets cut and we might have the upper hand seeing that he played for JDR. Jets might jump out the window and offer the Raiders something though.

Right now I am open to evaluating him . A lot of early scouting is just BS . I need to get into the tape and see as well as with Levis

I've have better luck with the PPF site. Forced a trade with the Texans to simulate our potential comp picks.

If you draft Richardson that high you have to basically write off Howell. Which adult in the classroom do we depend on to make that decision?

I guess Mayhew? He drafted Stafford right? Scott was the only one to go to Heinicke's pro day and he's one of the best back up QBs in the league.

I hope to God it's not Dan.

Why did you double down on TE ? Bpa pick ?
Latu was 71 on the board and the next guy was in the late 90s.

I also had visions of Gronk and Hernandez.

Didn't really want to pick Mayer but there was a bunch of value with him too.

McLaurin, Dotson, Samuel

Mayer, Latu

Robinson Jr. Gibson

The amount of sets and looks we'd be able to run would be a problem for defenses.

Still got Skoronski.

They won't do it, but that's a dangerous offense imo.

Sounds reasonable
