Sheesh. The Denver returner was laying on top of the ball after that fumble but didn't have his arms around it and there was no movement on that ball until a few seconds after when the Chargers were able to somehow get it away.

Then the safety spiked the ball & got a delay of game. I could see unsportsmanlike conduct for spiking the ball in the field of play, but that didn't delay the game.
