Both teams have had to burn timeouts tonight because the play clock was winding down and/or they were having trouble getting the play call in. The Texans had to burn three so far in this game because of that.

This doesn't end the game but it makes it very difficult on the Jets if they don't stop them on 3rd and 1 now.
