I don't know much about bourbon and usually only drink it during the winter. While I usually hang out with people that want the more expensive stuff, $40 to $60 stuff, I prefer to find the gems under $30. To me, this is a gem. I'm not a fan of Makers, I like a lot of the Beam stuff and was looking at Knob Creek but bought this and Elijah Craig 94 for my holiday sipping this year. Haven't tried the EC, but will probably get to that in a couple weeks or so.
