So I guess as long as the franchise is still existing we can draft from them, when Smitty took Grove I figured that's what we were doing.

Only guy that would be gone already that isn't eligible is Walter Johnson, since the Senators moved to Minny and became the Twins.atleast that's how I interpretted the franchises deal.

I took Lefty as an A. And he played in Philly.

I gotta say after thinking about this, we should not have been allowed to draft Grove or Mathewson. Just because the team didn't change its name is the reason we are able to draft them? That's stupid. The Twins still use the Senators history and i'm pretty sure Walter Johnson would have been drafted by now. Thing is we cant go back and take Grove away from Smitty but we have to stop this now.

Not this season. Goldy is playing better than Trout. Goldy has been walked 83 times and only struck out 86 times. Trout has more HRs and a better slugging percentage but Goldy has more hits, RBIs, walks, less strike outs, better avg and a better on base percentage.

Trout is a better all around baseball player. Can't pick and choose stats and part of a season lol.

So yes, this season. Trout is also clutch. He leads baseball in "clutch" homers as well. Or at least he did when he hit his last walk off.
