And Trout has played a lot of LF

If that loses him votes we got problems

It was more about the fact that he only has 3 full seasons.

I don't care either way but it's less about this season which should count. And more the 2011 season.

If he didn't play another inning this year, he'd still be listed as a 6th year player next year

Sounds good. Not sure what I'll do with him yet. If somebody will hold it against me on principal then I guess there's nothing I can really do. But logically there's no reason he can't play RF.

Put him in left to be safe. You don't have a 3rd outfielder yet anyways.

If a guy has played the position you should be able to stick him there and let people vote as they feel.

And if anyone docks a CF playing a corner outfield spot they should be banished until completing 150 hours of therapy.

The last time I lost a baseball mock, the big knock was that I hadKen Griffey Jr hitting leadoff. I understand Jr wasn't a leadoff hitter, but if he ever played with 5 other guys that hit 500 bombs, I'm sure he would have been great. Good idea to go chalk

I can name about 15 current CFs who have played corner outfield no problem off top of my head. Can't find one who tried and sucked.

I know what you're talking about, I'm telling you it's the same concept. I've always said a CF can play anywhere in the OF, but if you play guys out of position, guys are gonna hold it against you. Doesn't matter to me, just making sure you knew up front
