my last pick played 40 games his first season and is now in his 5th season (102 games in and obviously not being traded). Hes eligible right?

They have to have played like 500 games at a position is how we've always done it. You can do whatever, but it risks losing votes. Just a heads up

It was more about the fact that he only has 3 full seasons.

I don't care either way but it's less about this season which should count. And more the 2011 season.
