Yep hard to find a 1st baseman for a good deal like that. That’s why I don’t mind Naylor at $12M. Expiring contract but shouldn’t get a long-term deal until he stops eating like shit. He is in terrible shape

The number of guys who are worth 3 war in a season age 33 and beyond is quite low.
It’s a solid signing but unlikely to be a huge profit w/significant collapse risk
