EXACTLY!! I've had many an argument with the anti-owner clowns on The Athletic about that. I've said from the jump that both sides are to blame, but the players are more to blame. I even said that after their ridiculous "Just tell us when and where" talking point emerged.

To be fair, this is probably where the union stepped in and told them to fuck off with that nonsense. Twitter had a shit load of those responses but I didn’t any player reps. I am at the point where I am rooting for the owners. I want them to cancel this season and force the players into striking next year so no one gets paid and forces the MLBPA to beg to have their jobs back.

Well the owners would be losing more money. I don’t feel bad. They’re billionaires. But I get them not wanting more games. They make 80% of their money in the playoffs. The more regular season games, the less likely the playoffs are played all the way through because of fear of a second wave.
