Any of the 4 semi teams could win and it would be tough to argue, all four are strong. Both 500 and I have great lineups, 500 probably has an extra HR hitter, I've got a couple of extra speed-average guys. I like my pitching more, so I've got myself in 7 tough games

i got 500 here... 500 has the 2nd best bullpen in this mock after mine(slightly better than Nos- just slightly)...

both rotations are extremely strong, but 500 clearly has the worse 5... Koosman is fine, but nothing special...

I think 500s offense is better, not a fan of tony gwynn hitting 2nd... I don't like players who don't walk or see pitches at the 2 hole... Walker might not be conventional since he is all power no speed, but at least he will give Lajoie, every chance to advance... and that is important to get into the pitchers momentum... Also think 500 has a much more powerful offense, and are good enough to not ONLY need the HR....

Damn 500 drew a another tough matchup but I see uk winning this barely. UK has just a slight edge on his #4 and #5 pitchers. 1-3 for both teams are nasty. I like both teams lineups. I like 500's bullpen better.

why?? he was a first pitch swinger... In his career he saw 3.35 pitches per PA, the MLB average was 3.68... Yes, he was an awesome hitter, but if your not going to see pitches you are not giving your leadoff hitter the opportunity to move up and rattle the pitcher... I have said this many times, i don't like my top of the order guys to not walk... Don't care if we are doing mocks with pitchers who don't walk batters...

You are nuttier that squirrel shit dude. He didn't see a ton of pitches for a few reasons, one, pitchers attacked him because he wouldn't swing at a ball. Two, umpires wouldn't call borderline pitches because they had so much respect for his eye, and 3, the job of a mlb 2 hole hitter isn't to simply see pitches so the leadoff can steal, it's to move the runner, which a left-handed career. 340 hitter can do. And it would be more magnified in a mock, BECAUSE THESE PITCHERS DONT WALK PEOPLE. He's simply the greatest hitter since Ted Williams.... that's all

Lineups are close, but UK's pitching gives me minor chub. 500 does have the better bull pen though. This is a 7 game series for sure. I think in a battle this close I penalize UK for having Santana with an Illegal bucket, he only played for the Mets 4 years.
