Nos let's continue our PM/text discussion on playoff voting. Please. I don't see us doing anything new with this draft but I hope we will during October draft which we also need to discuss.

This is what I will send to potential "committee" members...


I don't know whether or not you have ever seen the mock drafting we do on the Hoop but we have been doing it now for about 10 months.

What we do is get a group together and do different types of mock drafts in football, baseball & basketball mostly.

We have decided to change our voting to determine the winner, the winner of every draft we do receives 500 vCash.

What we are going to do is put together a championship committee to vote on championship games, so what we will do is send the championship game to the committee members to have them vote on which team is best.

So to make a long story long, I would like you to be a member of our committee, you don't need to do anything aside from vote on our championship game and PM me your decision, we will be doing roughly one draft per month.

Please let me know when you can if you will do this for us.

I like it a lot. My only suggestion would be to take out the word "roughly" in the last sentence. Just say we are doing one draft a month so they don't have to worry about receiving multiple drafts to vote on. Maybe also add that we had problems in the past where the best team didn't win because the voting was flawed and guys just voted for their buddies and that's why having a committee of unbiased SportsHoopla posters will insure we decide on the actual best team. Its important to decide the actual best team because SportsHoopla Bookie will be giving 500vbucks to the winner.

I still can't believe that you have over 10,000 posts and I have 6,000. I said this before and no exaggeration but if they counted the number of PM's I send I would have no question in my mind over 15,000 posts. LOL. Nos thank you for letting me help you 10 months ago with these drafts. I cant believe how the drafts are growing.

I like bets like that because you never fully lose. Hope Teddy's ankle is okay.

Oh and we shouldn't do more then 1 draft a month. Hammer, Fordman and bookie have already been told that they would award the winner 500vcash each month. Plus it would be nice to have a set schedule like the first of every month we start a new draft. Consistency will help get guys to return. So the word "roughly" is taken out!
