Miner leagues

There is no way baseball will be activating the labyrinth of miner leagues in 2020. If the major league is opened, I'm not sure even one miner league level will be. Each team having a taxi squad seems more realistic. Americans won't stand for a high-A scrub needing rotator cuff surgery because his season was in session.

I think it's very possible you're correct. But I think they would need to have at least the Triple-A level going. Because there will be injuries in the Majors and if there would be double headers and less off-days, which would be likely, then players will also need more breaks. So a larger roster would be necessary either way. But I also think they'd need AAA going so more players are playing on a regular basis to be ready when needed.

Are minor league games televised? With a lockout and zero fans in ballparks, well, if a player hits a home run in an empty stadium, does anybody see it?

When construction jobs come back, that's where minor league ball players will be.
