That is just so surprising that you are calling for the firing of everyone. You are just an enigma, big country.

I love these guys that scream fire everyone! But don't offer who should be hired, what scheme should they run, and what players they should go after. It's always easy to call for change, but is much harder to actually implement that change.

I was at the game cheering my ass off today. I can say this. The team didn't quit and the fans didn't quit. It was the loudest that stadium has been all season by a long shot. I am very disappointed in the loss but nothing has really changed for this team after today's game. For those of us who think there is a talent issue on the team more then a coaching issue probably feel the same way. I hear Rex Ryan has told his team he will be let go and I think Gregg Williams could be a possibility for defensive coordinator. My feelings on Shanahan remain the same. I still want him to captain this team, but I would def be up for a change at defensive coordinator. Just my opinion.

I would love to see Greg Williams back here, but I can't see he and Dan ever working together again.

Well if Shanahan came back then technically he would report to Shanahan. Probably wouldn't have to deal with Snyder too much and Shanahan would give him autonomy to run the D the way he want's. Its pretty obvious Shanahan doesn't interfere too much with the D coordinator.

The problems facing this team require more than a simplistic "fire them all" type response to this horrendous season. Nothing has changed in my assessment of the problems and solution this off-season requires. Todays game magnifies the need to acquire Football players, not just players who are able to routinely be where they are supposed to be, but in addition....on their own talent.... make football type plays. This is obviously and especially true for our defensive players. The need for a game changing NFL #1 WR is still obvious (Garcon is a #1 on this team at the moment)Offensive line has only one NFL caliber starter (Williams) Middle Linebacker has been a need for two years now. TE issues are a result of poor coaching or ego clashes We have two good ones but only game plan for one when he's healthy, unfortunately, he is not. Did anyone notice that F. Davis was given only one opportunity to make a play on the ball despite the fact that dallas was hurting at LBer? R. Helu is NOT the answer at RB.

I am all for keeping Shanahan.......just not Mike, his decisions and his alone bought us these players and the failed experiments on both sides of the ball. BTW; If they are determined to play the 3-4 Haslett must go and with him almost all of our current defensive players, most of whom are playing out of position schematically and on the field.

Rehire C. Casserly period!!!

Fred Davis was dropping too many balls. I think we was mad because Joran Reed took over his starting spot but Reed looked like a stud. Gotta play the best players. Mike brought in Garcon, Morris, Reed, Paulson, Williams, Young, Carriker, Bowen, Cofield, Riley, Kerrigan, Hall (on cheap), Crawford, Jenkins, Amerson, Robinson, Forbath (looked better last year). There is a lot to build around and a lot of talent brought in at a good value.

So you believe those 4th, 6th, and 7th rounders on OL could have been better than the 3rd, 5th, and 7th rounder of the previous year in the OL? How stupid are you?

Those guys were drafted on potential. The guy from florida stat was coming off major knee surgery. Next year will be his second year coming off the surgery. If he regains his speed he could be like daron sproals. Too early to tell with him as a prospect. Also Philip Thomas was injured at SS. We have no idea what we have there. If Jordan Reed becomes one of the best TE in the game that would make the draft successful in and of itslef.

Sooooooo the answer to the question facing them when Reed went down was what again???? Yep he did bring in those players, some are injured so we can't know about them until they can play. While others he immediately miscast. P. Garcon while a number 1 on this team is NOT an NFL game changing #1, most of his catches were the type that is generally offered to TE's. Kerrigan is a defensive end and Robinson should be the slot guy taking the plays that S. Moss gets. Cofield while (key word)> adequately manning the NT was a 5 year veteran tackle with the NYGiants.

Maybe you're right and my imagination is getting the best of me, but I know that every coach has a system and that players don't always fit that system. (Punch line coming)>>> Isn't it a clear that winning teams more often than not adjust their systems to fit their personnel with the idea that they want to maximize the players strong suits?? IJS!!!

I think I know what Spurrier was trying to say..and if so, I agree. I know alot of you guys feel that little to nothing should be expected much from a late round pick (practice squad/ST/depth..but I disagree. The FO (either by design..or not) has drafted players in rounds 3-7..that frankly...haven't (for the most part) amounted to shit. Looking back at what this regime and some of the previous regimes have done in the later part of the rounds is just baffling. I know you can't hit on every 4th or 5th rounder...but geez. The Redskins' personnel people have sucked for years...
