Eagles DT Mike Patterson (brain AVM) returned to practice on Saturday.
According to trainer Rick Burkholder, Patterson was medically cleared by four AVM specialists as well as a seizure specialist. Although Burkholder would not say for sure whether Patterson will be ready for Week 1, the odds seem high that he will be. It remains to be seen when or if Patterson will regain his starting job. Cullen Jenkins and Antonio Dixon will be tough to beat out.
