I am thinking if MJ is pursuing this it might have some teeth.
He is someone with enough money proper legal accountability. Just might force a change in Nascar.
Anyone that grew up throughout all the changes in Nascar.
This could end up being interesting. Also might open up other cans of worms if he wins (or even fights it well)

Yep. NASCAR has become the monster it was thought could never happen and they may lose against MJ in a Antitrust lawsuit which looks like MJ is going ahead with. Alot of people are behind him.
