This is why we can't trade Birdman. Amare health is too inconsistent for him to be the only backup C on the roster

I will take that a step further and say this is why Amare needs to be as healthy as possible because we have seen Birdman does not have much left in his tank and that is greatly exposed when he is asked to play extended minutes.
