This team really need to play to it strengths rather than weakness.

25 3's with your best shooter out is absurd

Taking and missing so many 3's is what lost this game for the Heat - it is the biggest reason for this loss if not the only

Game 4 and we are agreeing and getting along all to well. I really don't like any of this.

I kid -- of course ---- maybe?

Again, I will point out that the Heat did something people have often called for them to do over the years and that is to have at least one (Bosh or Wade) in the game at all times, and they did that for the most part tonight, at least maybe until Wade came out of the game for an extended period of time -- And we lost - and the final score may not do the Hawks enough justice for the win - as they played better than the 6 point margin would indicate.

Spo on Wade, "He felt there was a possible onset of a migraine. Went back here took some medicine."

Via Ira Winderman

I guess when he plays as he did tonight as well as the team as a whole - a migraine is a possibility.

The more I sit there and watch McBob, the more I question why he's in the rotation.
He offers very little to nothing, not even emotion like Bird and UD bring.

No issue with the coaching or rotations tonight.
Players lost the game by:
1. Being outplayed by a good Hawks team.
2. Shooting like shit.
3. Bosh once again being a non factor.
4. Stupid TOs and fouls.

We're not good enough to play that sloppy against most teams and win.

Agree with all the comments here. Too many threes, not enough PG defense, and bad shooting nights from Bosh. Deng and the bench hurt us tonight. Turnovers will happen against good defensive teams as we still don't have cohesion. Glad we caught the Rockets without two starters. Important for us to win at Minnesota Thursday and get on a little roll here.

Also, Mario likely impacted by the trade rumors and went out and laid a 1-9. Arison's likely dumping salary to save tax dollars to not lose so much money on an investmen they paid less than 30M for about 20 years ago and now is worth north of 500 million. Go figure.

I do think the Heat wants to see what McRoberts can do. I don't move him yet. He has a favorable contract in the post new TV era. He is not the salary to dump.

Winner, winner! Bosh did have 14 rebounds. His guy did outplay him. Just old.

Good news is we had 42 open shots which means we're moving the ball well

We did missed several open shots near the hoop.

Anyway, I think were past the point of wondering if Whiteside was a fluke.
He's a total monster out there.

Just like in any sport, you have to play to your strengths. This team seems to keep play at one of its weaknesses in shooting the 3 ball. Way too many 3s. Feed the ball to whiteside or bosh in the paint. I might be alone here, but I cant wait for Chalmers to be traded. It seems everytime we might have a little momentum going, he commits an offensive foul (charge) or make some stupid shot or turnover.

Hopefully McBob gets himself going cause he is playing himself out of the rotation. I thought he was supposed to be a guy that spreads the floor because he can hit the 3s. I havent seen anything like that yet.

Since we need a 3 pt shooter badly, any chance they give Ray-ray a call?hes just sitting in miami relaxing right now. I know his defense isnt good, but we dont need him for that. We need a guy who can drain some 3s.

I wouldn't say he offers very little tonight, it might be more accurate to say he has provided little or nothing to this point - but the potential is there for him to provide rebounding and 3point shooting which the Heat sorely need. As for lacking emotion, not every player is an emotional player, it works for some players and it doesn't necessarily work for others. This is the type of season it seems its going to be for the Heat, up and down - but at some point , hopefully they get on a streak of sorts to give them some breathing space.

I can't believe my eyes. Someone in here other than myself than can see that this loss wasn't on coaching or rotations and is actually making the players responsible? This has to be some sort of dirty joke.

We need to go on a run soon with our upcoming schedule. After our 2 game road trip this week, we play 8 of our following 10 at home and only face 2 playoffs teams from last year in that stretch (TOR & BOS).

There is no reason why we should not win 8 or 9 of our next 12 games. I'm expecting us to end November 11-5 or 12-4
