Honestly on his frame adding 30-40 pounds is probably like the average dude adding 10-15, add in ideal diet and training regimes that normal dudes do not have plus all the supplements he could hope for and plausible. Not to mention he is in his early 20s, at that age whiskey is a PED.

Someone who is 7'1 would be pretty insane to see in person. I know a guy who is 6'7", ~240, and he seems huge when I'm with him (I'm 5'10", 190). I went to school with a guy who was 6'10" at the age of 16 as well, but he was stick thin.
