I would think we would have to start around 9 EST.

That is kind is a sweet spot that gives the west coast people time to get home and isn’t unreasonable late for The East Siders.

In the BATG league,

Draft spots 1,4, 7 and 10 will be in the Ostrigoths division
Spots 2, 5, 8 and 11 will be Visigoths
And spots 3, 6, 9 and 12 are the Huns

For KOTF:

Spots 1, 4, 7 and 10 are Porthos
2, 5, 8, and 11 are Athos
And 3, 6, 9 and 12 are Aramis
