Ixtapa/zihuatanejo, Mexico. My family ownes a 3 bedroom "casa" as part of a resort. Kinda sorta a time share situation, except we own that building outright. That's the view from the back deckMexico or? Looks like fun! That tub looks amazing.

Is that the Hard Rock at Riviera Maya? South of Playa del Carmen?I was down in Riviera Maya for my honeymoon several years ago. Awesome place. Wife didnt care for the miltary walking around with M16s though lol
Just looked it up. That place you were at is just north of Playa del Carmen. Hard Rock is south of it. I was just down at the Hard Rock last December. Beautiful area, but very touristy. Would have liked to have gone somewhere more local. But the "all-inclusive" resort was a blast. Drank like a sailor for a week straight.El Dorado I think
Ha! I know right? Screw you guysWell what the hell Treff? How come you haven't invited the entire MBBRL league down there for our draft every year?
You're holding out on us!

Hey, we could do it, the resorts could hold us all, and I could get reduced rates for everyone, but we're still talking about a $500-750 round trip ticket to get there, and minimum 300 a night per "casa"..so, hey, if you wanna

There is a nice restaurant that's not too pricey..we had a 3 course lobster dinner for less than 30 bucks each...and the beers are about 3, mixers 5-7..but, yea, that's on top of the nightly feeAll-inclusive? Is the $300 per night a Treff fee? Maybe I just don't understand timeshares, but if you own it outright then why is there a nightly fee?Unfortunately no. We as owners, don't pay the fee, but that what we offer ours out at to others, to start. The penthouses and up against the beach ones are moreIs the $300 per night a Treff fee? Maybe I just don't understand timeshares, but if you own it outright then why is there a nightly fee?

You know as well as I do that 1st Rd draft picks in the MBBRL are worth more than $300... You'd have to offer me your soul on top of that.Oh yes, ya know you trade me L. Bell for Brandon Bolden, and magically you've got a free night
