That is true - yet it happened. The one I'm most disappointed in was Evans. Seems like #1 WRs on a team (Evans, Cooks, D. Thomas, Jeffery, Julio, Beckham, etc) are no safer play than anyone else on their respective team thus far this year. ...

This one could end up being very interesting because of Gordon's nagging injury. Parker is going to be solid and if Murray can get 15 touches a game I actually think OBX wins this thing, but since SP is the one that made the trade I'm sure Melvin Gordon will average 18 fantasy points per game for the rest of the season and Latavius Murray will break his leg falling in the shower before the game.

On a side note, I just can't figure out the appeal of Melvin Gordon to the Chargers. They continue to give the guy 20 touches or so a game, yet his career rushing average is 3.7 YPC and he's never averaged more than 4 yards a carry. And they wonder why they are always playing from behind. Is he really the best they have?

Oh don't get me wrong, I understand that hoodie is a master of taking the top weapon from other teams, always has, always will - but Evans hasn't topped 100yds yet (against anyone), nor has Beckham, Thomas or Jeffery. Julio once (and no TDs), Cooks once, even A. Brown has been up and down.
