Tried to go five rounds on paper today.... meaningless, useless and waste of time.... but fun.

Ugh... I hate drafting Steelers players! They always get hurt whenever I do it! It has made me very superstitious over the years.

Have any of you guys done leagues on RTSports ?? Bandit and I just joined a couple of pay ones on there and I must say they have some interesting formats. All are PPR and they use a 'team kicker'. We were basically driven there since Yahoo and CBS no longer support Floridians.

Anyway, one is basically a suicide league clone. 10 teams, you draft 20 players, no transactions or trades. Year-long scoring, 9 starters each week (QB, 2RB, 2WR, TE, Flex, DST, K) - computer picks your top points for each position each week. Oh yea, one minute to pick so not much time to analyze.

The other we got in is more standard with 9 starters (same positions), 16 rds. Trades and transactions allowed, head to head.

Just wondering .......

On Sunday and Monday I have 4 drafts. All four are different formats.
Monday will be the roughest with both only a half hour apart.
Plus I'll probably be depressed from the MBBRL draft which will be distracting.

I'm never moving to Florida.

Oh, its a new thing - - state wants proceeds from the 'winnings' (Free is ok). If successful, look out, it will probably be coming to your location as well.

As for moving here, well, they have a saying in the south; Yankees are like hemorrhoids - if they come down and go back up that's fine - but if they come down and stay, they're just a pain in the ass.
Not saying it applies to you, but it is a pretty cute saying. .... I fully expect cake. .....

I made my share of visits and did all of the "tourist" stuff. Disney, Everglades, Busch...
I guess Florida just isn't for me.
My sister lives there too.

Year-long yardwork. Huge bugs. Hurricanes. Fire ants.
I know I'm in the minority - and call me crazy - but I'll take a Chicago winter over that anytime.

Yep, that pretty much some it up. ..... and no, that doesn't make you crazy - - I'd actually take 3-4 months of winter over 8 months of summer as well. But it does give me an 'excuse' to escape to somewhere else when it's 95+ and 80% humidity. ....

Unfortunately though, commissioner Goodell has asked me to keep it quiet to build anticipation for the draft. Wouldn't want those ratings to suffer!
