Here's the standings sheet. I will try and work on a quick recap tomorrow. It really sucks when life gets in the way of fantasy football. I looked so forward to doing the recap each week and now it's just really hard to find enough hours in the day to get everything else done. I am still here though and I won't ever neglect my team, but it's tough to find time to do anything else. I'm still always thinking about you guys though. Well maybe not always, but a good bit on Sundays

You're actually 7th! (It's easy to overlook Bandit's 23, since he's there at the bottom of his division, with the third-best PF and breakdown, railing at the unfairness of the universe.)

Well, the offer was already off the board before Fuzzy and I made the deal. I didn't take it off, so I assumed you rejected it. I dunno, maybe you tried to counter? I've found that ESPN automatically rejects the first offer if you do.

That's possible, when I was on vacation a couple months ago, me and TKO made a trade in the dynasty league with rev jim... He offered something, I countered, he accepted... then a week later, when I was still on vacation I wrote to him saying that if he changes the offer a little I will accept it... He writes back telling me we already made the trade... LOL...

Week 8 Recap​

Shockingly enough Tlance now has the best record in the entire MBBRL. I know I can’t belive it either!!

Keepers Recap​

Ram beats Bandit 123-78. Every time I look at my roster I wonder how it got this bad this fast. Ram moves to 4-4 and Bandit falls to 3-5.

Tlance over Fuzzy 127-123. In the game of the week, Tlance finds a way again getting 23 out of a Texans D that had average 5.57 points a game until Tlance picked them up. Tlance moves to 7-1 and Fuzz falls to 5-3 but they are tied in the power rankings at the top.

Lefty over Treff 132-63. Highest score, meet lowest score. Lefty would have won this even without the 58 points from Brees. Lefty moves to 5-3 and Treff falls to 4-4.

Milk over Joe 105-70 . Eli Manning scored 50 points and that is a lot. Both teams go to 4-4.

Chef over Barilko 94-78. Chef got the win, but lost his best running back for the season. Chef goes to 5-3 and Barilko falls to 2-6.

Sam edges TKO 96-94. Sam got a furious fourth quarter rally from Luck to pull out this win. Sam moves to 4-4 and TKO falls to 1-7 but hey he beat me.

Barbarians Recap​

Steelers over Stomp 82-57 Steelers is doing his best to keep the Huns division looking respectable. He moves to 4-3-1 and Stomp falls to 4-4.

Monkey over OBX 87-57. Monkey hasn’t lost since Leveon Bell got back on the field winning 6 straight. Unfortunately he was 0-2 without Leveon Bell on the field and he won’t be back on the field this year. Monkey moves to 6-2 and OBX falls to 1-6-1.

Face over Cheesehead 135-82 Face got 67 out of Palmer and Beckham and never looked back. He didn’t even need the 18 from Hillman on his bench to score the most points in both leagues. Face moves to 6-2 and Cheesehead falls to 6-2.

Shady over Foot 108-94. Shady is back on a roll although to tough to think that he is 4-4 with Tom Brady and Davonte Freeman on his team. Shady moves to 4-4 and Foot falls to 2-6.

Smitty over Harold 88-66. It’s just been a roughall around for Harold this year and he was in bye week hell last week. Smitty moves to 5-3 and Harold falls to 2-6.

BK over Micro 126-76. 58 from Brees was almost enough by itself. BK moves to 4-4 and Micro falls to 3-5.

League Notes​

The Keepers demolished the Barbarians in points this week and extended their lead on the year to 9220-8766 or 454 points. There will definitely only be two teams moving up.

Longest streaks going in the Keepers are Tlance with 5 straight wins, Sam has 3 straight wins and TKO has 3 straight losses. In the Barbarians, Monkey has 6 straight wins, OBX has 6 straight losses, then Foot has 5 straight losses and Smitty has 3 straight wins

No team in the Porthos division has less than 757 points and no team in the Huns division has more than 758 points.

Bandit is still 3rd in points and 3rd in breakdown but is 3-5 this year because he has given up the most points in both leagues with 838. He's not bitter about it all though and that's the important part of this stupid mother fucking piece of shit game.

In the race for relegation not much has changed. Milk is being helped out a lot by his record, so even though he is 2nd to last in both points and breakdown, his 4-4 record is keeping him just above TKO right now. Barilko still has some work to do as he is 50 points behind Milk and 2 games behind him in breakdown. Sam has moved out of the discussion completely with his recent winning streak.

In the Barbarians, it’s still Shady that would have the golden ticket to the A league with the best breakdown record. The other team going up would be the Super Bowl champion.

In the race for the purgatory or the motorboating of supermodels or oblivion or whatever the hell we decided to call it, Harold is sitting at 4.5, Foot is at 7.5, and Micro and OBX are both at 9.

A little early to be talking about the playoffs, but as of right now your playoff teams in the Keepers would be:

#1 Tlance as leader of the Porthos division and best record
#2 Fuzzy as leader of the Athos division and best breakdown record
#3 Lefty as leader of the Aramis division
#4 Chef as the only one sitting at 5-3.

In the Barbarians it would be:

#1 Cheesehead winning the division tiebreak over Monkey and having a better breakdown record than Face
#2 Face as the leader of the Visogoths division
#3 Steelers as the leader of the Huns division
#4 Monkey as the only one with a 6-2 record.
