I told everyone that was garbage. I know how Sean Payton operates. This will always be a pass first team as long as he's the coach.

Just because the RBS been scoring most of the TDs does not mean they have not been a pass first team. Do me a favor and show me the Saints run to pass ratio in the first 7 games of the year and get back to me. You're a damn fool if you actually think this team has been a run first team at any point this year. The only thing they do more now is inside the 5 they would try to punch it in with Ingram or Robinson instead of throwing it since our best Red Zone WR is now in Seattle but that doesn't make them a run first team.

Well my comment had nothing to do with fantasy purposes. There were several people who said the Saints will turn Brees into a game manager and keep his throws at 25 or less.

Regarding your comment above, I'm pretty sure you did not take into consideration the game that Brees missed. If you include that, Brees is avg more TDs per game than what the Saints are scoring via the run

Everything we talk about in this particular section of the forum is fantasy related.

And bottom line is, the run game has been more productive this year's than in recent years past, and until today, Brees had been far less productive than in years past. .so Symantecs aside, the early season "Saints probably will run more", has at the minimum, been "not wrong". Depending on the POV, you can argue that is not exactly %100 accurate, but it's undeniable that is been at least partially true, especially as it pertains to fantasy proposes
