This was somewhat in reply to Rob's thoughts of Austin with or without Suh. He gets a HC gig, you figure out the rest of how the defense looked this upcoming season.

Just to go a little further into detail. Not many asst. or DC/OC get jobs without team success. I truly thought and can't remember a coach getting snagged from us for a HC job??? Any help would be awesome, my google is down this week. So yes for the teams overall success, I'm willing to see him leave.
