lol. I guess McShay thinks we have a problem on the oline too. lol. I would take the risk for a RT. He should be there. Im guessing that he passed his medical physical.

No one is saying we don't have a problem on the o-line but reaching on a guy (not saying Kouandijo is) is not worth our first pick.

Merry Christmas Deanpet21 now go run with this information:

McShays pick
28. Carolina Panthers: Joel Bitonio, OT, Nevada

The Panthers are in a tough spot in this scenario. Most of the best available prospects are defensive front-seven players, but where the Panthers really need help is at offensive line and wide receiver. Bitonio has the potential to fill the void at left tackle for Carolina, and worst-case scenario he could kick inside to guard and become an outstanding interior lineman. He is a bit top-heavy, but he has surprisingly good movement skills, plays with an edge and battles for a full four quarters every game (he completely shut down Anthony Barr, pushing him around most of the game).

Kojo is a risk b/c of a knee problem but he does have talent. He is massive and I think Gruden wants big olineman. The pick makes sense if the knee checks out. Should be a Week 1 starter. Ritz can you tell me if Moses was still on the board when McShay selected Kojo???

19. Miami Dolphins: Morgan Moses, OT, Virginia

The biggest concern I have with this pick is whether the Dolphins think that Moses can play at right tackle, because he really came into his own during the 2013 season when he played left tackle after playing right earlier in his career. If Miami takes him here, it will obviously want Moses to start opposite newly acquired left tackle Branden Albert, so the Dolphins need to be comfortable with Moses making the transition. If they are, this is a great pick and potentially a steal at No. 19. He possesses excellent size and length, and he played his best against his best individual competition this season.

Jesus you have 1 more question then buy your own subscription

32. Seattle Seahawks: Xavier Su'a-Filo, G, UCLA

The Seahawks could use some help along their offensive line, and Su'a-Filo has a chance to be a good guard in the NFL. He has good size and quickness for the position and shows really good fight at the point of attack. I've given him a second-round grade, but I wouldn't be surprised if he sneaks into the first round here based on the fit.

Dean, I never said anything about where he was going other than he was a reach at 34. He's even a greater reach at 28, but I hope he does go there. That means another 1st round talent falls out of the 1st round and into our laps. Maybe a stud S, WR, T or OLB. See, I'm not wed to a position, but just want to get a playmaker than will be a star for years, not reach for a T just because you think Polumbus sucks. You know what sucks worse than Polumbus? Blowing the pick at 34.

That's 6 OT going in the first round. With Kojo being the BPA for OT in the 2nd. Cbs is comparing his skill set to Fluker who went 11th overall last year. If his medical checks out he should be the pick at #34.

Really? What if Mosley falls to us? Or Clinton Dix? Or Pryor? If 6 OTs go in the 1st, someone has to get bumped. But you are he'll bent on a T no matter what. That's how picks are wasted.

More meat for the grinder gents.......

The Redskins may have added DeSean Jackson and Andre Roberts this offseason, but apparently, they’re not completely satisfied with where things stand in their receiving unit.
The team worked out veteran free agents Austin Collie and Anthony Armstrong on Thursday. Washington didn’t immediately sign either to a contract, however.
The Redskins would like to add more competition and improved depth to a unit plagued by inconsistencies last year. The team also has interest in adding a threat with more size, and is expected to address that need in the upcoming draft.

Redskins still looking to add competition at wide receiver

Does this sound like something any one around here has been saying??

yeah and mcshay is always 100% right

I like McShay better then Kiper but both wont get 30% correct in the 1st round. They are guessing just like we are. Bitinio wont be drafted that high and neither will Moses.
