Matt Harvey shaping up to be a decent #5

I have no beef with Harvey other than he he's a fuckin candyass primadonna with a big fuckin mouth and nothing to back it up with. My contention is simple and not many agree with it , he was never that good to begin with. Am I saying this is what he really is? No. However , he isn't what we've all been told he is , he's nothing more than an avg. ML pitcher and he's numbers prove it. He's 27 fuickin yrs old and he has something like 27 career wins. This isn't Cy Young we're talking about.

Those 2 are so far beyond Harvey he can't even be mentioned with them. Steve Matz is better right now than Harvey ever will be in his life. No knock on Harvey but your Mets have 3 legit #1's right now , a decent 4 and a blow hard BP pitcher for a #5.

I think the guy could be a pretty good pitcher somewhere else, but not everyone can make it in New York. Also, not everyone has it so good with their first franchise. Some guys come up like Nuke LaLoosh and think they're hot shit, need to be humbled a bit before they mature into a good player and a better person.

I think a trade would do both him and the team good, but no way they'd get decent return on him right now.

Still hoping he gets a little better each time.
