Lol Kozora has been deep diving film today and said that Canada called a total of 9 different plays against the Patriots... 9

They ran 63 plays on offense. He didn't even bother dressing them up either, just mirroring the plays.

Great play design here, failure by the QB to execute. The defender fell on his ass colliding with his own teammate, you couldn't ask for more.

That's the tell tale sign that your offense isn't scaring anybody. We saw this A LOT the past couple years

Even if they were to fire Canada mid-season, the available option would be (the other) Mike Sullivan. I don't want any part of him as an OC. He had his chances and failed already.

I don't see that as being in the cards. At any rate, the play designs are getting players open. Even if the looks are all the same, they are open, despite whatever other criticisms you might have about Canada. Right now, it comes down to Trubisky's choices, for me.

Trubisky can't audible? Ok. But Canada isn't forcing him to ignore his progressions.

I agree on some level. But Canada's playcalling is still atrocious, predictable, and has very little rhythm. Both need to get better if this offense is going to improve. They can't blame the OL as much anymore.

If they're still apprehensive about doubting Canada then why not plug in Pickett for 2 quarters or more if Trubisky continues to struggle. See if the results are the same, and they can draw a conclusion from that.
