Just doesn’t make sense why Tomlin is so high on him. I’ll say this though… he has more pedigree than Fichtner did lol. But that bar was set very low, like on the floor… and it looks like Canada brought a shovel.

Mitch's mechanics and tunnel vision for his first read is atrocious.
The Offensive design is vomit
The OL is below average.
Najee is just a guy. That's not bad. But he was a 1st round pick, and he needs to be able to carry this team's running game, But he's.... just a guy.

On the plus side, but damning to the rest of the offense:
The receivers ARE getting open out there.


I don't know if I want to put in Pickett with everything else that is wrong. I don't want to ruin this QB.

I don’t care what they say, Najee just doesn’t look healthy. The first run where he bounced out & had the edge netted 1 yd. That just isn’t the same player we’ve seen all offseason. He’s a plodder right now that doesn’t trust his OL.

I’ve seen enough of Mitch. I know it’s still too early to throw Pickett into the fire but they desperately need life. If Canada is calling plays where receivers are wide ass open then Mitch needs to be held accountable.

Nobody fears the deep ball so the boxes are going to get tougher & tougher.

Canada is a result of Tomlin's continued failure to surround himself with quality coaches.

Mitch is not a starting NFL quarterback. If I knew Canada wouldn't make him look bad or the line wouldn't get him killed, I'd say put Pickett in there. But all that would do right now is kill the kid's confidence.
