Weird start to his career for sure. I do think his stuff is really good though.

It was either Dave Sims or Aaron Goldsmith who mentioned he throws a number of different sliders (whatever that means) and has been experimenting with a curve.

I think he's still just figuring it out.

I've been probably the most vocal on my love for France, but that has soured a bit. Still think he's a good hitter, just not elite.

His aggregate numbers over the last two years combined are probably the player he is. Looking like I was wrong expecting him to be a perennial .300+ BA hitter.

The only trading the Mariners should be doing at the deadline is in a position of selling. Send France, Hernandez, Suarez, and Gonzalez off for prospects

Only Mariners media coverage I follow on the Mariners are Larry Stone and Ryan Divish and neither of them are hesitant to shit on the organization when needed.
