Not even sure if it will matter unless the rest of the lineup starts hitting like they're capable of.

No idea cause it is so early and if you look at the worst teams there isn’t a lot of guys that would be a real “big” upgrade. But it was a pipe dream that Soto got dealt last year. I’d love to go after a few Cardinals if they decide to sell but no idea.

We play some pretty good teams the month of June. 24 total games.

I agree with you. NO WAY do we win 10 or more. I just scanned the June opponents and I think we win as few as 7-8 games.

Mariners are going to be so out of it nearing the trade deadline, no way they are 'buyers' for a bat. If they were smart they would leverage a non roster arm or 2 and or whoever is expendible for a few really really good prospect hitters. Post season 2023 is a pipe dream, Never NEVER gonna happen with the current starters. We are one of the worst hitting teams in all of MLB. Those lowest tier teams never get a sniff of post season.

Just pack your bags and go home end of Sept.

Maybe mgnmt sees the error in their ways and does something this off season to address the fact our offense sucks and needs major cash dropped to beef it up.

They know their current formula keeps enough on the hook to make their money and every now and then it can happen to be enough to make a WC slot.

There is no appetite to do more.

I know my blowups are over the top, but damn, can't we have a whole season that goes well? I'm super jealous of the Rangers is what it comes down to. They weren't as good as us last year, and look what their ownership did and how they did it.

I'm not saying a consistent playoff contender can't be built through farms and trades, I'm just saying the M's are bad at it. Something's gotta give in a big way if we want to see real success.
