White w as pretty good without slaton. Look at his two nfl seasons.

I don't want this thread or my comments to blur the lines..IMHO without a doubt Slaton and White are two of the best players ever to wear the Blue and Gold....but DAD was talking about leadership..and the years he was talking about is when they were first year starters...neither led the team...

I was never in the locker room, but what I hear is that Dan Mozes was the real leader of that offense in 2005. White and Slaton were able to play behind what may be the best OL WVU has ever produced.
