Every year you get excited for this team, packing yourself up with undeserved hope, ignoring the realities of a mediocre franchise. Same shit, stuck in a loop, like a rat in a maze with no exit.

Keenum did enough for the win even though he choked the last two possessions. Defense was horrid through out. Also the Lions fourth down miracle catch TD. Then RAMS 4th a inches stuff at the goal line really hurt.

Yep, Rams lost all three 4th down plays in this game, and that was the difference.

Didn't watch the game again. Just by looking at the stats, it's obvious that we need to figure out how to get Gurley more involved because our running yards gained is awful (sure most of that can be due to a mediocre offensive line). So as a result, teams dare us to pass since we essentially have what would be a decent backup starting all of the games for us instead of a legit starter. Anyone feel free to correct me on this because I could very well be wrong.

At least on a positive note, San Fran and took a beating against Buffalo.

No, the running game got on track today and Todd looked good. Had a 6.1 ypc at one point in the first half with about a half a dozen carries or so, I'd guess. They had some trouble running up the middle though and TGII got stuffed at the goal line on 4th and a yard up the middle to end the half.

Fisher needs someone else to make the FG or go for the TD calls for him apparently. If it gives you the lead at halftime, you take the easy points. No way to know at the time that it would be a decision the game hinged upon, but of course it did.

No, the running game got on track today and Todd looked good. Had a 6.1 ypc at one point in the first half with about a half a dozen carries or so, I'd guess. They had some trouble running up the middle though and TGII got stuffed at the goal line on 4th and a yard up the middle to end the half.

Oh okay, I was just thinking that maybe it was a couple of good runs followed by a lot of bad ones since it was only 58 yards on 14 carries. I do see that they utilized him a little bit as a receiver.

Looks like Britt had a great day and Quick has been doing well as of late. Although the guy we just extended and paid quite a bit of money for (Austin) didn't really factor much at all into the game.

Well, when I pick the Rams to win, they're 0-3. When I pick them to lose, they're 3-0. I'm picking the Giants to beat them next week, so maybe it'll lead to a win?

On here, I had them starting the season 4-2 and then going 1-9 the rest of the way. My pick 'ems on other sites I think I picked them to lose against Seattle and Arizona and against Tampa (just because it was an east coast road game). Here's what I predicted and I think I'll likely be wrong with a few more of them judging by how some of the teams have played this year (Panthers, Jets and Dolphins are the main ones I'm thinking I might be wrong on).

Tough PI call on Alexander on that 3rd down late in the game. Looked like a good play, but I couldn't see if he had his right hand on the WR or not.


If it were me.. On the road, almost halftime, and I got the ball back in the 3rd quarter.. I take the FG/points going into halftime. Or at least call a boot leg and roll out Case with a TE or 2. Every team is certainly all about stopping Gurley first it seems.

Case had a good game though. Dumb throw late in the 4th however.

My thoughts exactly, but was hoping they'd prove me wrong and convert. I think Fisher needs a guideline chart of when to go for the TD, sort of like the guide of when to go for 2 lol.
