Hart misses the shot. The game is over with that shot by Harden and now with the Gordon bucket its over. I like the effort but they have to improve their D and the shooting otherwise we ain't going much of anywhere this year.

It is the same story. They miss open threes, the other team makes thiers. That is the story at this point in the season. Also like you say, the defense has to improve. Poor defense rotation. I do think harden and paul got away with blatant charges.

They are not all of a sudden going to become better shooters. At this point they are as good as they are going to be. They need to play better defense. Defense is a team effort and can always be improved.

Defense and run. As long as defense keeps games close they can win with either fast break points or Lebron just being Lebron if necessary.

2 games into the season does not make them good as they are going to be. Everything can improve.

I agree tomodach and Old Lion. This year may get us to 40 wins but the playoffs could be a stretch. Chauncy Billups stated yesterday that the Lakers will be better further into the season and may get into the playoffs but it may also be a stretch as their problems are glaring to nearly everyone that watches the Lakers.

He's looked really good in pre-season and the 2 games this regular season.

Remember the Heat with James, Bosh, and Wade took a while to gell. These young kids are good and McGee, Rondo, and Stephenson can ball.

Fans have been clamoring for Hart to get more playing time. He brings a lot of energy to the team and he is always hustling. He may get it after last evening.

He's young and Walton isn't playing rookies much.

He values experience I think.

At shooting the basketball it does. These guys have been playing for 12 years straight and then some. They are not all of a sudden going to become better shooters.

They are missing wide open shots. Nothing is going to improve that.

What about Mykhailiuk? He can shoot. Yea, I know, he's a rook and Walton isn't playing rooks. Not a good idea.

Kidd was a horrible shooter early in his career. He developed his shot over the course of it and at the end, he was a spot up 3-ball shooter for the most part.

James is off to an awful start. He's making just 9% and he's a 36% shooter on 3's the last 2 seasons, Kuzma is off to a horrid start at 17% and he showed he can make them last season, he'll get it going.

Hart is making 40% and he's a good shooter.

They do need to add a designated shooter but let's not act like they are going to make just 24% on the season.

Rondo doesn't shoot a lot, but he's a player the defense has to respect. He was on fire last postseason and is making 50% so far.

Sure but they are not going to light it up from 3. Thats a fact that everyone in the game has not only accepted but predicted before the season.
