LOL.

Why on earth do they call it "black" because basically the "blacks" are labeling themselves as thugs and ghetto hos.

I understand that stereotype, don't agree with it at all, but understand it, but they are the ones that labeled it Richie is more "black" than Martin, and they are basing this off his upbringing, not his actual ethenticity, which is ridiculous.

I am getting to the point more and more that Martin should have gotten a cheap shot in on Incognito.

However, hearing this point of view, and that Incognito was runnin heavy with the "blacks" and friends with Pouncy, who is also friends with Aaron Hernandez, maybe Martin did have a right to be afraid.

If Martin just got Incognito banned from the NFL for this action, if I was Martin, I would be looking over my shoulder constantly. You never know when Incognito is going to go "black" on him.

I suspect this is an accurate portrayal of what Martin's teammates thought of him.

The audacity of a man to come from a good household and have a strong education.

There's no doubt about that. It's quite common, and I've seen it personally, where a black man is not considered "black" because he has a good education and didn't come from the "slums" or something.

Black people always freak out about sterotypes and all that shit, but then they place the same things on themselves and it makes no damn sense at all.

Back to the incognito thing...dude is unhinged. He's had multiple personality issues going back to his college days. If he threatened my family, I would be 100% worried. Being prepared to play football on the field and having your family threatened is in no way, shape, or form the same thing. Most people will tell you "I don't care what happens to me, but don't touch my family..." or some variation. There's a line you simply don't cross, and Richie doesn't have that filter.

I'm pretty sure you have NO idea what it means when they're using this figure of speech.

Not surprising though.

Also reports are coming out that Martin told them no he wasn't paying for dinners as a rookie and they said they aren't sure he ever did. So he obviously did stand up to them at some point.

Good for him. I have always been on Martin's side, just would have liked to have seen him exact a little revenge on that low life piece of crap Incognito.

Maybe Martin might get traded to a good organization now.

He won't last long. Few in the league will respect him.

They were saying the same shit about Riley Cooper in August.

I think more "good people" will respect him more than Incognito. Instead of going postal in the locker room, he sought out help. However, I think he should have whacked Incognito good before leaving.

He will get a lot of shit from some teams DE's and LB's who will try to get under his skin, but if a line is drawn by the league, that in itself could be limited considerably.

I think he will be fine. Talent trumps drama typically in this league and it isn't like Martin is Aaron Hernandez, he did the right thing outside smashing Ingonito;s face in like he should have.

If this is true then Incognito will be working again in the NFL long before "turnstile" Martin and his seven sacks yielded already in seven games. Just sayin'.

It isn't like Incognito is a great guard either. I mean, how many sacks has the Miami offensive line allowed? I can't imagine Incognito is a shining example of how to play guard.

Who was? I certainly wasn't.

Being an asshole can be forgiven. Being soft and willing to sell out your lockerroom cannot.

He brought private details of the locker room to the press. And he caved under mild stress that literally every player on every roster has been a part of.

Being a member of a team means people have to rely on you. Martin can't be relied upon.

All of this would be forgiven if the guy could play.

Based on his performance with the Dolphins, he can't.... And that's what will keep him out of the league.
