LOL. Jesus Christ. Some of you are acting like Incognito is a homocidal maniac waiting for someone to push back so he can go on a killing spree. Just pop the fucker in the mouth, end of story. Most bullies leave you the hell alone when they find out you are going to stand up for yourself. If Incognito is not that way, then you escalate the situation to management. If they are not going to assist, you get a restraining order against Incognito and see if he can do his job with a restraining order on him and you play on starting offensive line with him. Be interesting to see what Miami does then. LOL

Lol you really don't know much about Incognitos past do you. Kicked off a team for bullying, has an assault rap, kicked out of Oregon before he ever stepped on the field, constantly trying to hurt players on the field, dirtiest player in the NFL. If you think Incognito is mentally stable then I have some beach front property in Kentucky to sell you. Incognito is a fucking insane person. Someone who threatens a man and his family is not in his right mind.

And say he pops the fucker in the mouth, who do you think the locker room is going to back? Who do you think the coaching staff is going to back? So what he escalates the situation to management? They told Incognito to toughen him up. Incognito says he didn't do anything, whose side do you think management takes? Restraining order does what? How many people get them and then the other person doesn't matter. You are absolutely fucking moronic about this.

LOL. Well I see you are in the mood to be a cocksucker tonight.

Not what I was suggesting at all.

So who has stood up to Incognito in the past? Are any of them alive to talk about it? Does Incognito leave a trail of bodies in his wake? If no one has stood up to him, don't you think it is time someone did?

Perhaps if Incognito is confronted by someone, then maybe he might back off. Most bullies do not have people stand up to them, which is why they keep on doing what they are doing.

At least we know Martin has no friends on this team that he could turn to, that everyone on the gteam and coaching staff were siding with Incognito. Does that say something about Martin then more so than Incognito?

I am sorry. According to you, Martin did exactly what he should have, he left the team, went running home to mommy and showed her how mean Richie was being to him in text messages and then cried foul later on.

I don't care how homocidal Incognito is. The surest way for evil to triumph over good is for good men to do nothing. So in this day and age we have people that cry foul if someone spanks their kids, we have other sueing each other over spilled coffee, we have to be so PC anymore that everyone has turned into a gooey puddle of shit and can't stand up for themselves.

If Martin hates it in Miami due to the situation, let him sucker punch Incognito and beat the hell out of him. Get kicked from the team, and then show the NFL front office what he was dealing with. Say he was not going to put up with these threats, and that he was going to act before Incognito had a chance to get physical. He had the evidence, he had everything he needed to push this to the next level.

He actually has enough evidence to put a restraining order on Incognito. That may cause the Dolphins to have to release Martin, he is free from being on a team with a bunch of players and coaches who are protecting Incognito instead of him.

Quit being such a candy ass douche bag, man up Tubbs, you fucking girl.

Who is still on the dolphins and who is never playing another snap for them? Who have GM's around the league said has almost no chance to be signed in the NFL by any other team? I think Martin has the last laugh here. Even if he doesn't play for the Dolphins again I can guarantee you a young team like the Colts led by a guy who already came out on Martins side will take him.

I do not disagree about who was in the wrong. I agree with you there. Problem is, players and coaches on MIAMI were siding with Incognito not Martin. So while the Dolphins released Incognito, his team was siding with him at the beginning and actually encouraged him.

Martin deserves the last laugh, but he should have got a cheap shot in before it happened.

Here's how the paper's Armando Salguero explained it:

I've spoken to multiple people today about this and the explanation from all of them is that in the Dolphins locker room, Richie Incognito was considered a black guy. He was accepted by the black players. ...
And Jonathan Martin, who is bi-racial, was not. Indeed, Martin was considered less black than Incognito.
"Richie is honarary," one player who left the Dolphins this offseason told me today. "I don't expect you to understand because you're not black. But being a black guy, being a brother is more than just about skin color. It's about how you carry yourself. How you play. Where you come from. What you've experienced. A lot of things."

On the other hand, Martin reportedly was considered soft and that his well-to-do education at Stanford and his successful parents were perhaps looked down upon by his black teammates. Writes Salguero, "It perpetuated in the way Martin carried himself."
As for Incognito, he's simply trying to get himself through the day.
"You know what, I'm just trying to weather the storm right now," Incognito told a local Fort Lauderdale TV station Tuesday. "This will pass."

Does that make sense to anyone else?

Tell me how he handles the pressure of a championship run if he can't take a little hazing.

So pressure of playing football vs. pressure of someone threatening you and your family. Yeah they are the same thing. Fucking idiot.

The NFL is much higher stress than anything incognito did. It's not comparable.

Unfortunately yes.... It's a mix of jealousy and ignorance that leads some of these young guys to value 'thug' life over the alternative -- An alternative that many of them could easily achieve if they used their talent to maximize their earning potential.

I suspect this is an accurate portrayal of what Martin's teammates thought of him.

The audacity of a man to come from a good household and have a strong education.
